Where I Started

Since then, I have worked with 5 Presidential administrations. I’ve negotiated deals with international leaders, transformed Fortune 150 companies like Starbucks and Dunkin', and scaled my income by 300% in 3 years.

I’ve been featured in major publications like Forbes, and helped hundreds of leaders close the gaps that held them back for years. In 2021, I became a Forbes bestselling author and founded the 21st Century Leadership Institute.

But for 15 years, every leadership role I took either burned me out or left me feeling like I was managing instead of leading.
And I tried everything: Working harder, reading more books, attending conferences, and copying what other successful leaders did. But no matter how hard I worked or how many results I delivered, I couldn't break through to that next level of leadership impact.
