2What if I miss a live coaching session?
All sessions are recorded and available inside the program portal so you can watch at your convenience and stay on track.
3How much time should I set aside each week?
We recommend setting aside 90 minutes per week for coaching, and 60 minutes for the coaching/Q&A sessions. The more you engage, the more transformation you'll experience.
4Is this program right for me if I’m already in a senior leadership role?
Absolutely. Many senior leaders use this program to refine their executive presence, strategic thinking, and team leadership while building a stronger leadership identity.
5Will I receive individual coaching?
Yes. In addition to live group sessions, you'll have access to feedback through pod discussions, written exercises, and opportunities to connect during Q&A and office hours. If you sign up for the higher tiers of the program, you will get 1:1 coaching from Cicely directly.
