This book got it right from every angle; the content is great, it catches your eye with the cover and title, and the author uses the acronym CHAIR to spark your curiosity. And it all works. I don't usually care for the gimmicks like giving your strategy a catchy acronym that you can see from a mile away that someone had to force it to fit the desired letters. However, Champion yourself, Honesty, Adaptability, Impact and Regrets are concepts that make up the CHAIR and they are all interconnected and make sense in relation to each other. The book is full of actionable advice and I love the ambitious mindset behind it. The author managed to really convey to the reader that being a leader is something attainable. Great book!

The author of this book is all about helping you become a better leader. By becoming a better leader, she hopes that your career will take off and get you noticed in new ways all of them positive. Her chair philosophy is developed around the following concepts, Champion yourself, honesty, adaptability, impact, and regrets. The chapters are set up around these different concepts and strategies, and she also references other authors works that she is familiar with to help broaden and expand upon the strategy that she is trying to teach you. I found this book to be very helpful, especially the chapters around adaptability, and regrets. There was some really new ideas and Concepts in them that will help me in my career in a positive way I believe.
