Raise your hand if you are already planning your New Year’s resolution 🙋🏽

Did you know that 88% of those who make resolutions fail, even though 52% were confident of success when they made the resolution?

In fact, some studies say that 25% of people break their resolutions in the first week.

So ask yourself, “Do you actually keep your New Year’s resolution?”

Why?

Watch this video.

Then ask yourself – what will it take to get you to change your words and mindset? I want to know: add a comment or send me a message.

It’s time to make a change, not a resolution. Change your words. Change your world.
